1.Shipping Coverage
Our shipping network covers all major provinces and cities across the country. However, certain restricted areas such as military zones, disaster-stricken areas, and areas with limited transportation infrastructure may not be accessible for regular delivery. When placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate (including detailed street name, building number, and contact person), as incomplete addresses may lead to delivery failures or delays. If your location is outside our standard shipping range, we will inform you via email within 24 hours of order placement to discuss alternative solutions.
2.Delivery Speed
- Economy Shipping: This is our default shipping option, with delivery times ranging from 5-9 business days for most locations. It is a cost-effective choice for customers who are not in a hurry to receive their orders.
- Priority Shipping: For customers seeking quicker delivery, priority shipping is available. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for urban areas and 3-6 business days for suburban and semi-remote areas. The exact delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be dispatched on the next business day.
3.Packaging Standards
We adhere to strict packaging standards to safeguard your purchases. Apparel items are inspected and then packaged in durable packaging that prevents tearing and deformation. Knitwear and delicate fabrics are placed in dust bags before being put into the outer package to protect against snags and dirt. For bulk orders or multiple items, we use partitioned boxes to keep each item separate and avoid friction damage. Additionally, all packages are labeled with clear shipping information, including your name, address, and order number, to ensure accurate delivery.
4.Order Tracking
Every order is assigned a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse. You will receive a notification email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. You can track your package by entering the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website or through the tracking tool available on our website. The tracking system will provide updates on the package’s location, including when it departs the warehouse, arrives at local distribution centers, and is out for delivery. If there is no tracking update for more than 3 business days, please check your spam folder for the tracking email or log into your account to verify the tracking details.
