Returns and Refunds
1.Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not qualify for a refund. Additionally, certain categories of products such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories (e.g., earrings, scarves) may have specific eligibility restrictions due to hygiene and safety reasons, which will be clearly indicated on the product detail page at the time of purchase.
2.Time Limitations
Customers must initiate the refund request and return the item(s) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be processed. We recommend keeping the delivery confirmation documentation for reference to ensure compliance with the time limit. Please note that the time taken for the returned item to reach our warehouse will not be extended beyond the 30-day period, so we advise using a trackable shipping method for returns.
3.Refund Process
- Initiate Request: Log into your account on our website, navigate to the “Order History” section, select the relevant order, and click “Request Refund”. Provide the reason for the refund and any necessary supporting details (e.g., photos of defective items if applicable).
- Await Approval: Our customer service team will review your refund request within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification via email once your request is approved or rejected, along with further instructions if approved.
- Return Items: For approved requests, package the item(s) securely and attach the pre-generated return label (available in the approval email) to the package. Ship the item(s) to the designated return address provided in the email.
- Process Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to confirm they meet the refund eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
4.Important Notes
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect (due to our error), customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We will only reimburse return shipping costs if the refund is a result of our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item received).
- Refund Exclusions: Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable.
- Inspection Process: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection. If the item is found to be non-eligible for a refund during inspection, we will notify you and arrange to ship the item back to you at your expense.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please initiate the cancellation request through your account within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow the standard refund process.
